Users of the Website are invited to read carefully, understand the Terms of Use and proceed only if they accept them fully and completely.

Α. Preamble/Definitions

For a fuller understanding of these terms of use, please note the following definitions:

D. Waiver of Liability for Information/Advice

The elements (content and information) included on the Website shall under no circumstances be construed as providing legal information and/or advice. Also, no encouragement for undertaking or not undertaking specific actions by the Users is included on the Company’s Website.

F. Applicable Law

The above mentioned Terms and Conditions of use of the Website, as well as any amendments thereto, are governed by Greek law, the law of the European Union and the relevant international treaties. The competent Courts for the resolution of any dispute arising from the observance of these Terms and Conditions are the Courts of Kilkis. If any provision of the above terms is or becomes contrary to the law, ceases automatically to be valid, without in any way affecting the validity of the other terms.
